HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Handling entire lifecycle of recruitment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees (As and when required)
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes,

HR Administration:

  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
  • Taking care of Admin related work as and when required.
  • Vendor Management as and when required.

HR Management:

  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. (BBA/ MBA)
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience into HR domain
  • Strong Knowledge and experience in planning, recruitment (well versed with Naukari portal / recruitment portals) Employee relations, Employee engagement.
  • Should have very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • (Experience: 0.6 Months to 5 Years) Location: Hadapsar, Pune
  • Work from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to clients existing customers or prospects to qualify leads, sell products and service contracts.
  • Lead generation / appointment generation, web research, inside sales, up selling, cold calling, contact discovery from social networking sites, primary/secondary web research.
  • Experience with international clients on webinar / white paper presentation.
  • Using previous sales experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product information and product pricing.

  • Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product information.
